Interested in the art of basketry?

Guests are always welcome at our meetings and events. Stop by and see what we are all about.

Members are weavers at all skill levels from novice to advanced, with varied interests in different types of weaving. We are all about promoting this ancient art. In fact, you don’t even need to be a weaver, but have interest in basketry.

The Guild maintains a large library filled with books, patterns, and instructional videos. Members are encouraged to sign these out on a month-to-month basis. Learn about all types of basketry and expand your skills by using the materials contained in the library.

The Guild currently enjoys a membership of approximately 97 members, from Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and other states. Everyone has their own reasons for becoming a Guild member.
